- Unfortunately, we are unable to accept
credit/debit cards by telephone, however you can phone to check that
your order will be in stock, and then forward a cheque or standing order, or
place your order online.

- Orders can be sent by email, however place
remember that emails can be intercepted, and you must never disclose
credit/debit details. Orders which are sent by email will be confirmed,
and you will then be billed for your order through our secure payment system,
Paypal. You will receive an email from Paypal stating the value of your
order, and you will be instructed how to pay for your order - using any of the
credit/debit cards above. Alternatively, you can email us to check we
have your products in stock, and send a cheque/check/postal order to us (see
above in the 'by post' section for our address).

We check all our communication facilities regularly, and
respond to all communications within 24hours.
All orders are dispatched within 24hours, using 1st class
Royal Mail within the United Kingdom - meaning that your order should be with
you within 48hours after ordering at the most. (Example of outwith the
United Kingdom: Singapore: 5 days)
There is no postage fees on any orders placed online for
addresses in the United Kingdom. If you live outside the United Kingdom,
please contact us for the latest information on delivery as a small fee may
apply.
